At the bottom of M11 turn right onto the A406 North Circular Road West.
Take the second exit sign posted 'Crooked Billet Roundabout' and Walthamstow/Chingford.
At the roundabout take fifth exit sign posted Highams Park.
At the mini roundabout turn left into Winchester Road and follow the road round.
At the end of Winchester Road turn left which brings you into Larkshall Road.
Take the second left by Focus into Hickman Avenue.
Car Park is at the end on the right.
