To ensure all parties associated with West Essex Football Club are aware of the appropriate standards the club has set:


Players

Listen to the instruction of the manager.
The managers decision is final.
Maintain self-control at all times.
Accept the referee's decision without question.
Accept victory modestly and defeat graciously.


Team Managers

Ensure the supply of kit, nets, pegs and flags.
Arrange one training session a week during the season.
Ensure a first aid kit is on hand complete and available at all games.
Be responsible for all club equipment.
Arrange for the collection and recording of all fee's and subscriptions paid.
Be responsible for the conduct of the teams players.
Ensure you welcome opponents on match days.
Never behave in a way that brings West Essex Football Club into disrepute.
To Liase with other clubs and referee's during games.
