Subscriptions
All fee's are reviewed and agreed anually by the playing members and the management committee. Fee's are to be collected by either team manager, club treasurer or an appointed representative.
Under the guidance of the Treasurer all finances are maintained to;
Provide all necessary equipment.
Provide all playing kit.
Pay pitch fee's.
Pay fee's to cup competitions.
Provide all end of season awards and trophies.
Pay league fee's.
All team managers are responsible for ensuring that their team members pay all yearly fee's and match fee's after every game. If any member is unable to pay his fee this issue should first be discussed with the team manager. Any member not making a payment within one month of the first payment will be unable to carry on playing for the club whilst the fee is outstanding.
In the case of financial hardship or unemployment the treasurer will consider what the person has to pay, each case will be assessed.
Sponsorship
Sponsorship is a valuable part of any club's finances, all sponsorship or funds the club receive will be used for the direct benefit of all club members.
